返金について

Products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy described in this section.  For any return or exchange request for an unused or unopened item made within ten (10) calendar days after the product shipped to You, We (Benitoite Mining Company) will accept such returns or exchanges, for any reason or no reason, during that period.  For such returns, We will exchange the product for a substantially similar product (i.e. the size or color may vary, but not the brand or price), credit You with the value of the returned good(s), or refund to You the amount of the returned good(s).  Any return or exchange request made more than ten (10) calendar days after the product is shipped, or for a product that is used or open, will be refunded at our sole discretion.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if an item is lost or damaged while it is in Your possession.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if an item is lost or damaged during the shipping process.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a returned item is questionably not the same item that was originally purchased.  Products might have optional add-ons you can include in your purchase, such as gemstone certification.  Gemstone certification fees are nonrefundable.  All returns and exchanges are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee, and You shall be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us, except that We will credit You with the value of the return shipping cost for any unused or unopened products that are defective.
